Prepping for the 2008 NY MS Ride
Dear Friends
Most of you may know that this is my 3rd MS NY bike ride. To tell you the truth I was on the fence as to whether I was going to participate this year or not. I am NOT a morning person so the 6am start & Fall chill in the am make it a little less appealing each year. So do my joints. Minor, minor issues in the grand scale of things. Which have been put into perspective today as I got some very sad news that a dear friends mother passed away from MS yesterday. It has ignited a new fire within me to ride.
Help me dedicate this ride in the memory of Sophie Baranczak.
